8 week Programme | Monday - Friday | 9am - 1pm

Rangatahi Taskforce is a kaupapa supporting rangatahi Māori into paid work experience, training, and clear pathways into employment, education, or apprenticeships, which aims to provide hands‑on community mahi, mentoring, and wrap‑around support in a culturally safe environment.

During this 8 week programme, they have the opportunity to experience a range of mahi across our kaupapa, including:
🌿 Time in the nursery
👵🏽 Working alongside our kaimahi in the kaumātua programme
🔨 Hands-on building mahi
🗂️ Introduction into administration
🚁 Drone training
📣 Communications

Our rangatahi learn so much in such a short time. If you have rangatahi aged 16–19 years old, we would love to hear from you.
