We have two relocatable homes available for purchase which are currently situated in Porirua. 

HEOI ANO! – There are conditions attached to the purchase of these homes that are important for you to understand and there are certain outcomes that must be achieved if you wish to be eligible to purchase either of these relocatable homes. 

Important Information!!! 

• The homes need to be moved in the next 5 to 7 weeks so the clock is ticking 

• You will need to arrange transportation of the homes from Cannons Creek to your whenua, at your own cost! (potentially there is a contribution of $17,000 that can be offered to support this) 

• You will need to obtain Council Consent. 

• You will need to have them refurbished and have someone living in them within 12 months 

These conditions are non-negotiable and are conditional on you being able to purchase the homes.
